The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated in a backpackers area, close to local tourist spots and the main street. The rooms are clean and basic, with amenities such as A/C, TV, and showers. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering assistance with tours and providing advice about the city. The breakfast is standard but tasty, and you can also use the computer in the lobby for internet access.
Some guests mentioned that the beds were a bit hard and that there is no elevator in the hotel.

Clean room, helpful owner, friendly staff. Centrally located but peaceful. Excellent service and advice for first-time visitors. Good location and hot water. No lift but staff assisted with luggage. Good price for airport transfer. Convenient bus station nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even surprised me with a delicious sandwich that they knew I would love. The rooms were basic but had everything I needed, especially the shower which was great. The location was perfect, right in the center but tucked away on a quiet street.

We had a fantastic stay at Jasmine Hotel. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the bustling Pham Ngu Lao district. Our room was small butsuper clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests or questions we had. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and freshly cooked. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, we found the overall experience to be enjoyable and would recommend Jasmine Hotel to others.

I had a fantastic stay here in a private room for three nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The hotel is located in the heart of the backpacker district, surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars. It's also conveniently close to everything in this city, making it easy to explore and visit all the popular attractions. Plus, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep without being disturbed by any noise.

The staff was friendly and helpful, offering pineapple juice while waiting. Fast internet and English-speaking staff. 24hr laundry service. Great location in the center but on a quiet street.
